How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. Enter the tracking number provided in your shipping-confirmation email to receive the latest updates about your shipment and delivery status.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Are there any exchange-rate fees?
Transactions are processed in the currency displayed during checkout.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once an order has entered processing, been prepared, packed, transferred to a shipping provider, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
Changes to product type, color, size, quantity, or shipping method are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Certain personalized, customized, hygiene-sensitive, clearance, or final-sale accessories may not be eligible for cancellation after processing has started.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

WomenChicPlus.shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be sent again because the original address was incorrect or incomplete.
